It's called 'Brownie Chocolate Goodness'. The bottom layer is brownie and the top icing is made up of 'cream cheese, cool whip and cherries'. YUMMY!!!!

My old favorite is a large peanut butter cookie from Great American Cookie Company with only Fudge Icing to decorate it. YUMMY!!! I haven't had one for the last two years as I've given up sweets. :( The new tradition is Watermelon! YUM!

I would have to say my fav. bday goodies would either have to be a DQ cake or my mothers mocha iced cake.
That is an easy question. I would have to say Strawberry Shortcake.. But it's made differnt than you think.. I use one of those loaves of Angel Food cake that you find in your grocery store. I then use the same topping that you would on a original angel food cake. The strawberries with jello and whipped cream. You would not believe how good the angel food cake is with the strawberry topping.. YUM-O!!
For me it's carrot cake.... yummy. Although the soapapilla cheesecake I have been making is SO SO good.

Well, I LOVE all kinds of cakes and pies so your question is a really hard one. But, probably my favorite cake is a red velvet with cream cheese icing... or is it double chocolate with strawberry filling... or, or... tropical cupcakes with coconut... see, I knew I couldn't answer the question!

Oh yes...strawberry shortcake is "da bomb". I had to have strawberry shortcake during two of my pregnancies and it is still my absolute favorite...with sweet biscuits...not the foamy little cakes. LOVE the blog candy!!!
